From a starting shaft, a structure or even a larger accessible sewer, casing pipes or media pipes are laid without excavation using a small drilling rig. Usually, jacking lengths of up to approx. 25 m can be processed. The connection is made trenchless with a core bore to the sewer or shaft structure by the length of pipe driven.
Your Advantages
- Economic and technical alternative to open trench construction
- Ideal for complicated local conditions and limited space
Application possibilities: Pipe jacking of PVC/KG, HDPE, PP, steel or stoneware as casing or media pipe
Sealing of a drilled connection in a non-walkable collector
Preparation of a short liner
Opening of the set short liner in the area of the drilled connection using a milling robot
placing a hat profile over the already finished short liner and the drilled connection
Connection completed in the collector by means of short liner and top hat profile
